The restoration of the building was finalized in July 2002 and includes the installation of an elevator that leads directly into the air-conditioned apartment with its beautiful original wooden beams. Two balconies with colorful flowers facing pedestrian streets fill the apartment with warm Mediterranean light. The apartment offers the exclusive use of a large terrace on the roof of the building with a wonderful view of the city.
The apartment is divided into two spacious rooms. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a double shower. The living room, with a sofa-bed, leads into an open kitchen with all amenities.
